@liong123

What is your HP Pavilion Laptop 14-dv2xxx machine ? For example

1. I need to know your machine

2. Please use the following way to find out the amount of RAM it supports

a. In the search box, search for cmd and click Run as administrator.

    This will open the command prompt.

b. Once command prompt is opened, type wmic memphysical get maxcapacityEx and hit enter.

    From here, it will show the maximum RAM capacity your PC's motherboard can support.

Regards.

This is from the system information in my laptop
In Internet there is a model similar to my specs which is pavilion14-dv2004tx since they both have same processor gpu, ram and so on.

2. it shows
MaxCapacityEx
16777216
so it is 16gb?
3. Does the current ram is soldered ram?

HP Recommended

According to the specs you gave, max RAM is 16Gb indeed.

It is not likely that only one slot can take a 32Gb module, only high-end motherboards and chipsets make it possible.
