Access PCI In Laptop

HP EliteBook Folio 9480m Notebook PC. Wireless controller: Intel Wireless-N 7260AN - PCI Express Half Mini Card.

Want to remove this WWAN card and plug in ( https://www.ebay.com/itm/156022582763?_trkparms=amclksrc%3DITM%26aid%3D1110013%26algo%3DHOMESPLICE.S...) H shaped card t get to P C I e bus in Laptop.

The Intel Wireless-N 7260AN is NOT a WWAN module, it simply is a wifi adapter. Your machine supports the following WWAN modules

• HP lt4112 LTE/HSPA+ Mobile Broadband Module
• HP lt4211 LTE/EV-DO/HSPA+ Gobi 4G Module
• HP hs3110 HSPA+ Mobile Broadband Module

No that slot is NOT fast enough for a video card.

Did not want to use for video. Want to plug in an external PCI dock to access PCI scsi adapter card

PS: The spec sheet for the 9480m lists N7260AN as wireless controller. Apples and oranges?

The issue is removing the 78260 and in its place a card to connect the PCI Dock via USB

It seems the computer also has a WWAN module. Can I plug the adapter into that dock and get to the PCI bus?
