Hi I have an hp probook 645 G1 product:G4Z12EC#ABB and I can't seem to work my CD drive. There's no hole for the paper clip eject and there's no eject options in file explorer. Please advise

Sorry, it doesn't say if a player is installed, or you just can't open it
this type of pc with several configurations possible, and nothing specific here:

there's no eject options in file explorer
So the reader appears or not at all in the explorer
you can give a capture like this it gives an idea:
