Hi:

You have a 17-g121wm notebook PC.

To fix the ACPI BIOS error, go into the BIOS (tap the ESC key and then select F10).

Find the security menu in the BIOS and hide the TPM security device, save the setting, exit the BIOS.

Restart the PC and you should be able to get back into Windows.

Hi:

You're missing a character from the product number.

The product number should be seven characters and you posted 6.

Sorry,it's N9E13UA

That's working for getting windows back on,but what does the battery failure id mean? Or was that the solution?

That just fixed the BIOS error.

Your notebook seems to need a new battery, which is what I got when I entered the required information at the link below:

HP Customer Support - Service Center

HP Battery Check. has identified a critical failure in your system that requires repair.

HP Pavilion Notebook - 17-g121wm (ENERGY STAR)

Diagnostic report

Failure details - Battery Check.:
Failure ID:GTS964-88CCRK-MFPUQ1-C09A03
Test date:2025-11-03
Component tested:Battery Check.
IMPORTANT: The test found a problem with the battery and it may need to be replaced..

Below is the link to the parts list for your notebook:

HP PartSurfer

The battery part number and description is:

800049-001    BATTERY 4C 41WHr 2.8AH LI KI0

HP does not sell the battery you need, so the only suggestion I can offer would be to do a search by the HP 800049-001 battery part number and find a compatible aftermarket battery that references the HP part number.

Amazon, eBay, latptopbatteryexpress.com would be some resellers you can check.
