I have a HP-14df0023cl with an Intel Core i3-8130u and I want to know how to turn on the Turbo Boost on it.

it is done automatically when it's allowed and needed.

No need for thumbs up or other farcical deeds.

Hi,

You do not need to turn on turbo boost. So the base frequency of your CPU is 2.2Ghz and will boost to 4Ghz when necessary automatically. It is a dynamic process and continuous. All modern CPUs run in this way saving power and producing much less heat.
