Hello!
How do I know if my graphics card is activated?
I have a laptop an HP envy 17: Core i7-2630QM with the AMD Radeon HD 6800M Series graphics card,
Going through the task manager I added the graphics processor tab but it still remains at 0%,
and even under FurMark although it detects my graphics card and that of my processor.
I am not a gamer but if my graphics card can offload my processor for certain tasks and make my use more fluid I am taker,) (I use Lightroom)
thanks in advance
PS: I have attached a screenshot of the Intel assistant

@PatrickBateman1 Welcome to HP Community!
I understand that the graphics card is not activated.
I request you to use the AMD autodetect software from AMD and install it on the PC, which will detect the video card and will download the suitable driver for it to work on the PC.
