Hi, 

 
 
I wished to know, what is the layout of the keyboard. Is it possible to get English layout of the keyboard? Also, if only non-English layout is available, is it possible to change the layout in the settings of the computer to English version?
 
Another thing, which pen is compatible with this device? Please send me the links of the pens which are compatible with this device.

Normally machines sold in your country will have keyboards for your language/country such as HP ENVY x360 - 15-cn1909nz . Please check with retailers in your country, they may sell other models with English keyboard and with different suffix(es) . You can change keyboard but this may get more headache than good.
