Recently got a Hp laptop from US and I now facing problem in charging because the power card pin type.
US pin type b and indian pin type D.
Whether i need to change the entire adapter or need to buy surge protector with pin concersion, to solve this issue.

Hi,
You only need to change the power cord which goes from ac adapter to wall socket with indian type.

Something like this will also work

I recently bought hp envy*360 touch laptop(8th genearation) in usa and came to india.
It has different charging port than indian laptops.
Plz advise whether i should buy another laptop charger or adapter and which type and model should i buy
