Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hello, I have the laptop with the specifications, my processor is the AMD Ryzen 3 2200U Processor with Radeon Vega Mobile Gfx, 2500 MHz. Does my processor support the M.2 SSD plus the HDD drive that I already have?

What is your HP 15-db0xxx machine ? You say it has AMD Ryzen 3 (I believe you) 2200U Processor therefore it supports DUAL storage option with M.2 SATA or NVMe SSD + 2.5" HDD/SSD.
It has 2.5" HDD now therefore you can ADD 1TB or 2TB M.2 SSD SATA or NVMe to your machine. For M.2 NVMe SSD, it may not run at its max speed.
Regards.
