Product: HP Pavilion - 15-cs3672cl
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My Paviiion i7 laptop has 8 GB RAM and needs more RAM - I am sending it in for audio port repair under extended warranty. How can I pay them to upgrade my RAM by 8GB or 16GB or 24 GB so extended warranty is not affected?  Of course, I will need a quote and invoice to pay for RAM and install. They say that only parts dept can provide extra memory and they are not sure of who would install the original HP memory. Any help or suggestions?
