Hello, I own a Laptop ck0xxx with 4gb RAM, I want to know if I can upgrade the capacity of my RAM memory and if so how can I do it?.

Product Name: HP Laptop 14-ck0xxx
Product Number: 3PX24LA#ABM
If I am able to expand the RAM of my laptop how can I do it and which RAM model shoul I use.

Thank you for posting back.
After reading your post, I did go through the Product specifications of your product and found that your product supports up to 8gb ram.
You just need to swap the 8gb ram with 4GB removing the computer back if your not comfortable you can check with a local store and there are many brands available in the market such as Samsung, Kingston and WD you can choose any according to your cost.
