Hello, a while ago I asked a question about upgrading my laptop RAM, the answer was that I am in fact able to do it, but I want to know what is the maximum RAM my laptop can handle, and what are the specifications I have to look when buying the RAM.
Also if possible I would like to know hot to install the RAM myself.
Thanks in advance, below are the details of my HP Product.
Product Name: HP Laptop 14-ck0xxx
Product Number: 3PX24LA#ABM
Serial Number: [Personal Information Removed]

Hi:
Below is the link to the Crucial memory report for your notebook.
https://www.crucial.com/compatible-upgrade-for/hP---Compaq/hp-14-ck0011la
It has two memory slots, and you can install an 8 GB memory module in each slot.
Your notebook's processor can only run the memory at a max speed of 2400 MHz, so installing faster memory such as DDR4-2666 will automatically bridge to 2400 MHz.
Below is the link to the service manual, where you can find the memory removal and replacement procedure.
