Add SSD to Laptop?

Q1. Can an SSD be added (i.e. without replacing the existing HD) to the HP 17-by2075cl?

Q2. Does this laptop (as sold by Costco) come with a case?

A1 Yes, A2 No. ?? is yes or no? I have the same question, I've been looking for the Maintenance and Service Guide for this specific model with no luck. Is not hard for hp to allow customer to type in the model number in the search box and show all topics related to it but no, Maybe is very hard to do something like that, Anyway I am going to return it to Costco. I just wanted to make sure that I could upgrade it up with a better ssd, it has a 5400 rpm hdd with12gb ram way too slow. my Acer i3 with  4gb and a ssd is way faster, unbelievable. I do not want to open it and find out that I cannot upgrade to a better ssd and void the warranty.
