HP15-d050sr, the laptop does not have a cooler, and therefore you can not watch any video online, even 380p! Of course, you can view it more precisely, but video stream are slower than sound due to slowdowns. It was logical to assume that the processor can not cope in the absence of active cooling, on this question: is it possible to add a cooler to this laptop? and it fixes problem with performance?
P.S. all drivers is latest and all autoboot programs and don`t needed services are disabled

Hi,
Even if it was possible to place a heatsink/fan assembly in the PC, it will not really help as the CPU will still run at the same speed.
Now you are running Windows 64-bit. Are you still using the 2GB of RAM the PC came with? If yes, you should upgrade the RAM to at least 4GB (max is 8GB)
your PC has one slot and supports max 8GB of DDR3L 1600Mhz. You can buy from your preferred brand such as Crucial, Samsung...
On page 61 of service manual you can see how to upgrade the RAM

Let me know if you need further help,
David
