Hello, I've purchased HP 15q-ds0043tu laptop in July 2019.It has 4GB RAM, 1TB Hard disk, i3 core 7th gen processor configuration with touchscreen. I was wondering if I can add an extra 8GB RAM and 512GB SSD to my Laptop making it 12GB Ram with 1512GB storage.
I'm sure there is an extra m.2 storage slot for SSD but I'm not so sure if there's an extra RAM slot. I'm afraid to open the laptop and see the availability of slots.
This is my primary RAM: 4 GB DDR4-2133 SDRAM (1 x 4 GB)
My Question once again? Can I add an extra 8GB RAM and extra 512GB SSD. Thanks in advanced.

@Saikamal There's only one answer to both of your questions, it's a YES! 😉
That said, here's a screenshot from the HP Maintenance and service guide designed to help you upgrade your device (if need be)
Although, I must let you know that HP does not recommend upgrades or hardware changes as the device is equipped with parts that perform at its optimal performance by design, that said, the upgradeable parts listed by HP articles are purely for your ease, as the decision to upgrade will be at your own discretion.
you may order the replacement parts on the HP Parts Store, If you've already looked for it and couldn't find it on the HP Parts Store, you may want to get it locally at the online store such as Amazon or eBay, etc...as the part numbers are universal.
