Hi,
I have a HP laptop model no. 15q-ds0010tu with Microsoft Windows 10 (64-Bit) operating system. I want to add a Solid State Drive (SSD) to my laptop as it is very slow while booting, it takes around 10 -15 mins to load windows when started.
1. Can I upgrade to 500 GB or 1 TB NVMe M.2 PCIe Gen3x4 SSD drive?
2. If yes, is below SSD compatible for my laptop?
3. If not, could you suggest some other options which I can buy and add to my laptop.
Highly appriciate your help and support.
Thank you in advance
Best Regards

I do not believe M.2 NVMe SSD drive would work but my research tells me M.2 SATA SSD's are compatible. You can use
https://www.crucial.com/products/ssd/crucial-mx500-ssd
https://www.samsung.com/semiconductor/minisite/ssd/product/consumer/860evo/
Or similar from reputable vendors.
One example (compatible drive, can use smaller/larger capacity)
