Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Can I replace the USB card with one that has a true USB-C part, so I can connect to a 4K external monitor? I have the UCB-C-to-HDMI cable, but the current port is only 3.0, though the connector type is USB-C.

Upgrade options of USB 3.0 to USB C the motherboard of this unit does not support, As it is embedded.
