That one will work fine. The Adata is a budget NVME M.2 SSD but Crucial also makes one (P1) and WD (Blue NVME).

Is the 128gb variant fine? Or should i go for the larger capacity

Depends on your storage needs and budget. Most people find 128 gigs too small so I would get at least a 256 and even a 512 if you can.
