Hi everyone, I have 8 gigs of RAM, I want to put sixteen gigs.I don't understand this, please help.What characteristics do I need for RAM?
My laptop model is HP 15-dw3170nia

Hi:

 

According to the product specs, your notebook has an Intel Core i7-1165G7 processor and comes with 1 x 8 GB of DDR4-2666 MHz CL19 memory.

 

If you want 16 GB of memory, you can install another 8 GB  DDR4-2666 MHz CL19 memory chip in the empty slot or an 8 GB DDR4-3200 CL 22 memory chip in the empty slot.

 

DDR4-3200 CL22 memory will automatically bridge to 2133 MHz.

 

I don't know what brands of memory are available in Kazakhstan, but if you can get this memory, it should work fine.
