I have a HP pavilion ab108- ax laptop. I am planning to add a SSD in it. How can I know, if my laptop has a spare PCI-E or m.2 slot in which I can add a new SSD without unscrewing the laptop??

Here is the Service Manual:
The only option for an SSD is going to be removing the SATA hard drive and replacing it with a 2.5 inch SATA SSD. There is no slot in which to place an NGFF gumstick type disk either M.2 or PCIe.
See p. 40
