I have the HP PAVILION 15-ec0101ax Laptop. My laptop comes with a 1TB of HDD but i want to add SSD in my laptop but I don't know about the supported SSD for my laptop.
1.Can I add 500 GB NVME m.2 SSD to my laptop? Means 1 TB HDD + 500 GB SSD
2.If I can't add NVME m.2 500 GB SSD. Then what are my options as for dual configuration as like I want to know about the supported SSD and also about the size of the supported SSD and what types are supported?
Someone please help me ASAP so that I can add a SSD in my laptop.
Thank You.

Hi:
Below is the link to the service manual for your notebook's model series
http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c06446633
Your model supports dual-storage configurations
You can add a NVMe SSD.
It could be a 500 GB drive. The ones listed in the manual are only what HP offered in the model series.
In order for the PC to boot from the NVMe drive, you would need to remove Windows from the 2.5" drive or the notebook will always want to boot from the 2.5" drive as long as there is an OS on it.
