What kind of information do I need to add another hard drive to my laptop. This model is super budget style, didn’t know, it was a gift but I want to boost it up a bit! I have added extra ram successfully but now want to add more storage! Can I do this and what kind of hard drive can I use or model ? ETC. important specs I need to move forward with the upgrade if possible. I’m not an expert or anything close with computers, I do have drive and install my self, can anyone help

I can't find its specs but the following review
http://www.mobil-edge.com/hp-14-an010nr-review/
It should have 32GB eMMC and 500 GB therefore you can't add more storage on your notebook, you can ONLY replace the existing 500GB HDD with a larger (capacity HDD or SSD).
If it did not come with 500GB HDD, you can add a new 2.5" HDD/SSD to it. The following 2.5" SSD's are compatible (up to 2TB)
https://www.samsung.com/semiconductor/minisite/ssd/product/consumer/860evo/
And you need the following 2 parts
- Hard drive bracket part # 859126-001
- Hard drive connector part # 815139-001
You can buy from HP or
