I have an hp omen 17t-cb000 laptop. It was bought 2 years ago. I have been looking at upgrading the hard drives and the RAM and was running in to issues on what I could do. When I opened it up I noticed that only one of the M2 PCIe NVMe SSD ports was there.
Can you add a second one to the machine and how much would it cost?
Will hp do it or will I have to get a third party do it?

HP does not do product upgrades so no, HP will not do this work.
As to cost, we have no way of knowing that and are not allowed to provide any guesses. You would have to locate a laptop repair facility willing to do this work and have them provide you a cost estimate.
