My laptop has almost no disk space left and I'm afraid to replace and clone the SSD.
1. How to find out if this model has an additional SSD port
2. Which SSD can fit?
3. Is there any maximum SSD storage limitation?
4. And how to install it if it has a slot.
appreciate any help, thanks

Hello RaJ-45.
Unfortunately HP doesn't provide the manual for your particular model, and the one it provides (an older one for 8th gen Intels) is no longer relevant. The older manual shows dual storage support: 2.5 inch SATA drive and M.2 PCIe nvme drive. However, the more recent models abandoned this setup, and now only sport a single slot for m.2 PCIe drives.
This is what your motherboard looks like when you take off the bottom cover, and you can see where the (SINGLE) storage drive is installed:
You can read the review of a very similar (to yours) model here HP Envy x360 15-dr1679cl review (notebookcheck).
So.....the only way to "internally" upgrade your system is to take out the 2280 PCIe nvme drive, and replace it with a larger (higher capacity) one.
