Common problems for Battery

I have an HP 250 G7 Notebook PC with a Lexar SSD of 128 GB.

I'd like to know if it's possible to install an additional SSD of bigger storage capacity or whether it's gotta be an HDD and what's the maximum I could add. That is, do I have to replace my current SSD to have more storage capacity or can I simply add another one? If that's not possible, does it have to be an HDD and what's the maximum supported? Or would I have to buy an external SSD and of what type and specifications?

Sorry, I just don't understand the user manual.

Depending on the generation, if you have a 7 th generation i3 you can only change the M.2 SATA you have, if you have a 10 th generation Intel i3 or 8 th generation you can add a 2.5” HDD or SSD.

Hi @Ric_24

It depends, if your device has an intel core, and a HDD, you can change the HDD for a 2.5” SSD or you can add an M.2 NVME disk of the size you want.

What is your current hardware configuration?
