ZBOOK G2
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi everyone,

Now I’m using ZBOOK G2 with Intel I7-4810MQ and Nvidia Quadro K2100M inside, however, I know that in this workstation is placed „Thunderbolt 2”. Here comes a question: Is there an option to connect an additional graphics card to this laptop by this generation of Thunderbolt?

Thanks in advance.

Are you asking about an external graphics card solution? Like the one at the link below?

An external GPU with a connection to the USB 3.1 type-c with thunderbolt 3 should work quite well for gaming

Yes, I 'm asking about something like this, but I do not have Thunderbolt 3 in this Zbook but previous generation: Thunderbolt 2 and I don't know if it is possible to use Thunderbolt 2 to connect an external GPU.
