Is it possible to upgrade ram to increase the memory amount?

Hi:

 

The memory cannot be upgraded in that model series.

 

Maintenance and Service Guide (hp.com)

 

Motherboards come configured with either 8 or 16 GB of onboard memory.

 

See chapter 3 of the above manual.

 

Maybe you can find one that comes with the 16 GB memory option.
