HP Pavilion Aero 13 Laptop PC 13-be1000 (502Q7AV)
Microsoft Windows 11

I bought my aero 13 last week. I've noticed that the right side of my computer cools easily, but the left side heats up quickly. For example, last week, I was playing a Jurassic World game. After ~30 minutes, the left side of the keyboard was hot, as was the left side of the laptop's bottom. The right side was cool. Considering that this laptop is brand new, I'm concerned that this will become a bigger issue. So, is this a common issue with Aero 13? Is there an easy fix?

Thanks!

That is a common issue with almost all small format laptops regardless of manufaturer.

It is a tradeoff when you have a powerful processor and perhaps a discrete graphics solution in a small package.

The same tradeoff exists about fan noise.

I use an Amazon basic laptop cooling stand.

Thanks! This is my first one smaller than 15" so that makes me feel better. I'll make sure to use my laptop stand more often.
