Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,
I have upgraded my laptop's RAM today. Also installed Samsung 860 EVO 500GB SSD.

However, I bought a 4GB DDR3l 1600MHz ram of G.Skill. I didn't change my previous RAM. So these RAM's are running in the Dual Memory Slot (4GB * 4GB), total of 8GB.

But I have noticed that the clock speed has downgraded from 1600MHz to 1333MHz. I have installed fresh windows thrice but it did not come to 1600MHz.

What should I do now? How can I fix this? Will this hamper my laptop? Please let me know. I'm worried.

When an installed memory upgrade is done, the best practice is to replace modules as a pair of identical compatible memory modules.

If a different memory module is installed that has a higher clock speed than the original, it will  stilldefault to the lower clock speed of the original module. That is what has happened in your case.

Installing  a pair of compatible modules with a clock speed higher that what should be there will not change the memory module's clock speed. It will run at the lower default clock that the BIOS expects.
