Yesterday I installed Windows 11 and my fingerprint is not working with below problem:

Hi All,

 

Issue solved

1. Go to device manager 

2. Go to biometric devices and Disable device 

3. Restart and Enable device

4. Add finger

5. Lock laptop and login with fingerprint

Try uninstalling the driver from device manager and installing the inf directly[content removed]
