Got the exact same unknown device on a zBook 17. When installing these (or newer) drivers, I immediately get the message box: "All installations completed, please refer to the log file for details!"
But a) the unknown device is still there and b) I can't seem to find any log file.

Got a ProBook 650 G1 and got the exact same problem with
USB\VID_8087&PID_07DA
This is not part of the bluetooth driver provided. Looking at the instmultipkg.ini, the 07DA device isn't listed. Even when force install the bluetooth msi, nothing happen.

I found out this device is Intel Centrino Advanced-N 6235. The latest version for this driver from Intel is 19.11.1637. HP have updated all softpaq to 20 series. The 20 series doesn't support legacy drivers.
Here's the Intel Direct download
You must uninstall any higher version of Intel Wireless Bluetooth and Intel Pro/Set. Right now, I had 20.60.0 from HP Softpaq Installed (manually installed the msi since the instmultipkg.exe did nothing, which didn't fix the issue).
