Request helpful information mentioned with regards to an HP elitebook G2
My elitebook is out of warranty.
I want hp professionals to troubleshoot and fi an issue,
HP customer support is denying their services and support since its out of warranty or EOSL.
Is there any possibilty for me to get authorised service and support from hp .
Kindly let me know
1. Do hp have any standard criteria for end of life duration of hp equipment.
2. HPs environmental policies and end of assistance, technical support documents which relieve hp from the total responsibility and accountability of the pc after warranty period.
Does hp provide Any non liability documentation confirming hps non accountability on all legal, environmental, service & support terms and conditions for their product just 3 years after the warranty.
