Product: HP Pavilion Gaming Laptop - 15-dk1008ca
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I've had the 15-dk1008ca laptop for over a year and every game I've played on it has run at 60fps. I was notified of a "critical update" by the HP Support app, and downloaded and installed BIOS version f.31 Rev. A. The install was successful, the laptop and Windows both boot normally. However even after a clean install of the newest NVidia drivers, every game I open chugs along at around 20fps, often with high GPU usage %. I've run system tests that all show "passed", and checked BIOS settings and everything appears to be normal. Any help at all is greatly appreciated, thank you.
