I have an HP Enovy laptop that I bought last October. All of a sudden, all of the right side ports are no longer working and I can not charge my laptop. I have tried to do the virtual HP assistant but every time I try to put my serial number and product number in, it tells me it no longer exists even when I use the HP self identification feature and it gives me the same numbers.

Try a hard (power) reset following the instructions here for a unit with an internal (non-removeable) battery. Let us know if it works.
