Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Am having window 10 Hp elitebook 820 G3 laptop and of lately it started to hang and the keyboard and the touch pad hangs, I have noticed that v's have been printing themselves on the screen or the input fields even if  am not pressing it on the keyboard. The touch pad hangs and I cannot use it any more. Any one with help I will greatly appreciate?
