There are no other system boards that will fit. Be aware that there is quite a variance, sometimes even by country.
Because of Microsoft's licensing model, which resides on their servers, you will not be able to use the license that your notebook was delivered with. The original Windows license activation key will remain attached to the original system board and cannot be transferred.
