Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I own a HP Spectre x360 Convertible Laptop PC 13-aw2000 (8UY96AV).
I am planning to buy a smaller travel adapter to charge the laptop.
I have selected "Baseus GaN2 Pro Quick Charger 2C+U 65W" which is a multi port GaN techology charger.

Some reviews in Amazon say that it causes laptop internal EC failure leading to refusing charging, when charged with above charger.

Is the above charger recommended for my laptop?
If not what are the alternative portable travel chargers that I can buy for my laptop.
Thanks in advance.

No, this is not going to work. You have to use HP chargers because they can "talk" with battery in machine. Your machine should already has USB-C charger.

Thanks for the response. I understand your point. But I find the stock charger bulky.
Is there a way where we can manually turn off charging the battery and use the charger to run the laptop on AC power?
