Hello,
I am thinking about buying a "HP ZBook 15v G5" via a university sale: https://ubook.at/produkte/laptops/detail/?tx_ubookproducts_fe%5Bcontroller%5D=Product&tx_ubookproduc...
Yet, since it only comes with 2x8GB RAM, I would like to upgrade it to 2x16GB.
But: I do not want to lose my warranty.
Up to now, I never had a notebook in which the RAM was not a "consumer replaceable unit".
Yet, it seems that the ZBook 15v G5 does not mention any custumer replacable units? (Source: https://content.etilize.com/User-Manual/1053344990.pdf)
Can anybody tell me if I will be allowed to upgrade the RAM myself without losing my warranty.
Thank you!

I always say warranty is a grey/gray area. You can do what ever you like for RAM. If NO problem then no problem but if something went wrong due to this upgrade. Hope this makes sense.
Note: The book clearly says at the front
Maintenance and Service Guide
