Product: 17-by3053cl
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The following update refuses to go away. We select it on all our new 17-by3053cl notebooks, and they all continue to show it as needing to install, after we have done so several times. How does this get fixed?

HP Recommended

Driver has been checked and instructed to download and install numerous times on our computers. Still comes back as needing to be installed. UGH!
