Hello, I am a developer. My ultrabook HP spcetre x360. Angle brackets key work as ctrl on the keyboard. I think, thats happened after updates. I tried to update drivers and find solution on internet, but I could not find any result. Please help me for this problem.  The key I use the most is not working anymore.

As I understand the angle brackets aren't working on keyboard after updates,

No worries, as I'll be glad to help you, that said, I'll need a few more details to dissect your concern & provide an accurate solution: 

Did you disable filter and sticky keys to check if that works?

Have you reinstalled the drivers for your keyboard?

 

While you respond to that, The best way to do that is using the HP Guided Troubleshooter: 

Click here to access it (simply select your description of the issue from the bottom of the screen to gain access to the next set of steps that should resolve your concern).

Hi, I could not find solution from your specified sources. 

 

I tried to explain my problem with photo.

My computer malfunctioned few weeks ago, keyboard replacement was made at hp service. This problem is caused

after replacement.

 

Angle Brackets key (marked in blue) key work as ctrl

( AltGr + " ) key work as ( < )

( AltGr + 1 ) work as ( > ) 

I couldnt find ( | ) Key.

I appreciate your time and efforts,

 

Now that you've clarified that the issue began after the keyboard replacement from HP,

I recommend you Contact HP again and setup a re-repair to fix this issue,

 

HP Technical Support can be reached by clicking on the following link: http://h22207.www2.hp.com/us-en/?openCLC=true

(1) Once the support page opens please select the country in which you're located. Next, enter your HP model number on the right.

(2) Next, choose the 'Contact Support' tab at the top and scroll down to the bottom of the 'HP Support- Contact' page to fill out the form provided with your contact information.

(3) Once completed click the 'Show Options' icon on the bottom right.

(4) Lastly, scroll down to the bottom of the page and select 'Get the phone number.' A case number and phone number will now populate for you.

 

They will be happy to assist you immediately. 

If the unit is under warranty repair services under the manufacturer's warranty will be free of charge.
