Like many others the right hand hinge has broken on my daughters HP x360 - Light use, hinge appears to have split, screw has dropped out and cannot close it. Month after 1 year warranty. Must be coincidence that loads of other people have the exact same issue rather than a basic design flaw with the hinge?

Can someone tell me where I can get a replacement in the UK although it does seem a bit steep having to pay HP to repair something that they released that is fundamentally flawed.

Do not buy this laptop model.

Hi. My laptop has the same issue. It is on the left side. I am unable to open, close, or use this laptop for its intended purpose. This has been an ongoing issue for years and years. Yet, HP, Inc. continues to manufacture and sell these laptops with faulty parts. It's a Google search away to discovering how many consumers have been affected by this defect. It is unbelievable. No one has stopped this practice to date. Have you received a resolution?
