HP ENVY - 13-aq0011ms

HP ENVY - 13-aq0011ms hinges popping out. HP really cheeped out and the display is held in place with just PLASTIC.  So, I figured this cannot be just a coincidence, so I started looking into hinge problem and found the ton of messages here with the exact same problem.  This is ridiculous, what do I need to do to get this fixed?

@Alphad77, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding hinge broken issue!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

I’m really sorry to hear about the hinge issue on your HP ENVY 13 – I know how frustrating that can be. You’re right, this has come up with some models, and we understand your concern.

If your device is no longer under warranty, HP may not cover the repair, but you can still get it fixed through an authorized service center for a nominal charge.

Hope this helps!

Take care, and have an amazing day!
