Microsoft Windows 11

I upgraded the RAM in a ZBook X2 G4 Detachable and the snap connectors stayed in the end of the antenna wires when they were disconnected. Can these be reattached with a conductive epoxy adhesive or does the whole system board need to be replaced?

Hello.

This very likely calls for system board replacement. The MHF4 coax antenna connector has two conductors in very small space. While in theory you could solder them or use a conductive adhesive, you would need to keep both conductors separate so working with a magnifier and a really steady hand with minuscule tools.

Perhaps an electronics repair shop could do this with special equipment, and could be worth a shot since the system board is likely going to be very expensive to replace. The wireless performance may still not be quite the same after operation...
