I ordered this laptop in August. I upgraded it with a better processor, more memory and better screen. I thought I would be getting a decent laptop. It freezes, overheats and I just hate using this thing.
I have tried (unsuccessfully) to navigate the world of HP's customer service, including Chat's, 4 phone calls and now this.
I would like to trade it in, but can't get anyone to help me. CS sends me to tech support. Tech support sends me to CS. This last guy was in India and told me to go to "HP Store" in my town. I don't have one. I asked how do I find one and he said to go to hp.com/support and scroll to find store. Couldn't find that on any support page.
I hope I didn't waste $1100, but starting to feel I did.

Thanks for the reply. I have reached out and I spent 4 hours on chat/service and they are sending me a new install of windows 11? I have no idea why, but this is their answer to a question I didn't ask.
Bottom line:
I was told to call CS. I did.
CS told me to call Tech Support. I did.
Tech Support said they can't help me, call "this" CS number. I did.
CS at that number said they can't help. I need to call "special Tech support at this number". I did.
Couldn't get anyone, so I chatted with tech support again.
That tech ran 4 hours of diagnostics on my computer and said that since they can't figure out why it is doing what it's doing, it must be a corrupt Windows install. Even though I have had zero Windows related issues.
I will end up factory resetting this laptop and giving it to someone. I will go with something else. I knew better, but thought I would try HP again. What has happened to HP? They were once a tremendous outfit. Everything I owned from computers to printers were HP branded and I loved them. Now, the products do not last, and the Customer Support is just awful.
Thanks for the attempt at helping.
