Exactly, One week before I apploap for ADP in HP 24x7 customer support. They gave me case id and told engineer will visit with in 24-48 hours. I understand due to weekend for them took time. He come on Tuesday. Took lots of screen shot. I wrote story how the laptop got damaged. But now I got call from service center that your laptop can not cover in ADP. Then why we have to buy ADP from hp. It all waste of money. I gave proper reseon, and I explain two time to service center from where engineer visit. Now they asked again describe more about accident. What is this .
