Hi people, Hope you are doing well.

I own an HP Pavilion Gaming 15-dk1514TX Laptop, and my primary disk, an NVMe SSD, is about to fail. I am looking for a replacement and stumbled upon two options from two different generations of PCIe Gen 3 and Gen 4.

I'm not sure whether PCIe Gen4 SSDs are compatible with my machine. Any advice?

You can use PCIe G4 drive, that is backward compatible BUT it runs at G3 speed
