HP G60-230US Notebook PC
Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

Dear HP Forum, I have an HP Laptop 15.6", HP G60 Notebook PC, Pentium Dual Core CPU 2.00Ghz 3.0 GB Ram 32 Bit.

Are the USB ports 2.0 or 3.0? The manual doesn't tell me.

Also, is anyone else having trouble with their USB ports working when they use a hub?

JC

Hi:

Your notebook's USB ports are all version 2.0.

Unfortunately, I would not be able to answer your second question.

Notebooks did not come with USB 3.0 ports until the Intel 2nd generation core processors were introduced to market and even then, very few notebooks came with that feature.

It was more mainstream when the Intel 3rd gen core processors were introduced to market.
