So I'm looking for a new laptop and I found this one in several stores in my city. I'm from Egypt btw.
https://support.hp.com/ie-en/document/c06415619
It's really good and it's for a good price, but the weird thing is, I can't find any reviews on it. And I can't find it on any websites that are not Egyptian.
I am afraid this could be a bad thing. Like maybe it's of poor quality and therefore only available in 3rd world countries.
Any ideas about this? Any input is appreciated.

Hi:
Yes, the last two letters in the model number indicate the region the notebook is sold in.
The ne models should be sold in the Middle East (Saudi Arabia, etc), as well as Egypt.
For example, this nearly equivalent model to the one you are looking at, is sold in the United States.

As a matter of fact, the one sold in your country is better because it comes with a solid state drive instead of a conventional hard drive like the US model I posted has.
It has nothing to do with the models being sold in Egypt being of inferior quality.
All 15-da1xxx models sold worldwide would be of the same quality.
See if you can find a review on the general 15-da1000 base model.
I found this one for example. Not much help because one person says it's great, and the other person says it isn't.

I really can't find any reviews on the US models either.
