Are the L11421-545 battery and L11119-855 compatible?

Based on the part list of my product, the battery should be L11421-545, however when I searched online for purchase I noticed the number on the battery HT03XL is L1119-855 instead. Just wanted to make sure I can replace this on my laptop, thank you.

Looks like the L11119-855 might work.

If you look at the huge list of notebook models that use that battery part number and select the option to view by groups of 50, you will find starting on page 10 a long list of 15s-fqxxxx notebooks that use that battery part number.

While I do not see any specific 15s-fq1xxx notebooks listed, the older models and the newer models all use this battery, and I can't think of any reason why the 15s-fq1xxx couldn't either. 

I also find it interesting that the L11421-545-part number does not appear in the part surfer database.
