Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

hello HP Supporty,

I own an HP EliteBook 820 G3(Product Number: L4Q17AV). I am trying to enable virtualization from BIOS in order to run Android applications using BlueStacks. However, my BIOS is locked with an administrator password and i cannot access the setting.

could you please assist me in resetting or unlocking the BIOS, or guide me through the proper procedure?
